Our aim is to identify changes in specific brain regions, and the whole brain, by comparing grey matter concentration before and after a mindfulness course
What is the aim and background of this study
previous studies show individuals who engage in mindfulness have increased gray matter in brain areas studies which used EEG but now use MRI

The method of this study is longitudinal Study with independent measures. This is the MBSR group being compared to the control group, who is not getting mindfulness
What is the method used for this experiment and how are participants acquired?
