- Data captured on the handset is automatically sent back to Ringtons Oracle database.
- The Web App will allow office staff to setup user access, manage journey ID's and Product Codes.
- The App can be downloaded and logged into by the individual users. All the Journey IDs and Product Codes will be downloaded onto the handset. The system will check for updates each time the user logs in and will pull down new or updated data.
- The user will enter the address details with help from the postcode lookup software, data entry will be validated at the point of entry. Once saved the data will be sent back to the database at Algerton Road, assuming a data connection is found. If not it will keep trying unless manually synched by the user when they get back to the office.
