  • Sara: But I have been giving exams in the past as well. Inever felt as tired as I feel today.
  • Sara: Finally the exams are over! But mom you know what? I feel so tired and drained out.
  • Mom: Oh dear! I know you worked really hard for your exams.
  • Mom (thoughtfully): Hmm… but we can do something about it… let’s begin the Well being Project.
  • Sara: So the need of the hour is to focus on my health and well being…is it??
  • Let’s begin with the first step today. Go take a hot shower and spend the day entirely on yourself, because you deserve it. Do the things you love to do, go for a walk, paint something. While you do that I will get the dinner ready. I’ll make sure to prepare something healthy and yummy as that’s also a part of wellness. We should not starve our bodies but nourish it with good and healthy food.
  • Sara: What’s that Mom?
  • Mom: "Health and well being go hand in hand. Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

  • Sara: Okay mom! Is it a part of the well being project you started?
  • Mom: Yes, dear! Happy people need a clean space, whether itis an office workplace, a studio, an apartment or their own home. Your thoughtswill become much more apparent when you get rid of the mess around you.
  • Mom: Sara lets clear up your study table and tackle the mess in your room dear. I am here to help!

  • Mom: Spending time with nature is very crucial for our well being and health. We have become digital beings. It’s so important to get some vitamin D, feel the breeze on our face and sand under our feet. Nature-the plant and trees around us are an ultimate source of comfort.
  • Sara: Mom I need to tell you something!
  • Sara: This past week has been so relaxing. I feel refreshed and happy. All thanks to you and your well being project. I can’t thank you enough mom!
  • Mom: I am glad to hear that… Sara my dear always remember one thing. Try to take care of yourself, your health and well being. At the sametime remember that no one is perfect, so learn to forgive yourself and others for their mistakes. Being a kind person and doing good is the key to well-being and fortune.
  • Mom: Yes dear! I am all ears.
