- Sustainability of the Human Population is very important. There are four principles of sustainability and they are social, cultural economic, and environmental sustainability.On Earth over population is a problem, we are using a lot of the planets of natural resources, and eventually they will all be gone. This is why we need to sustain human population.Yes! They all relate to each other. Human life, animals, p lants, habitats, ecosystems, and resources all need each other. We depend on biodiversity for sustained food growth, clean air, water, medicine, and shelter. This helps human sustainability. Sustainability of human population relies on natural resources a lot. Everything we use comes from natural resources. The growth and decline of population affects the availability of natural resources.
