- once everyone has given their feedback, Clique enables Sandy to share it with her Boss to review and approve. He is at a meeting but views it on his mobile phone and lets her know it is fine.
- Dave has been working on his part of the document on and off for a few days, in Clique he can see all his drafts and start right where he left off. He gets the notification that Kate added the icon, so he goes to the task to use the icon and finish up his part. Now he is finished and happy with it, he can submit it so the rest of the team can see it.
- Thank goodness that is done. Let me see if the guys think that's ok!
- I'll write the guys a quick note and let them know why I am adding Teresa.
- Will is at the airport when he gets the notification, with Clique he can easily start his work and save his draft so that he can continue working later. He realizes Teresa needs to do a part of the timeline for her team so adds her in. In Clique he easily writes a quick note to the rest of the group to let them know why he is adding Teresa, and that he is about to get on a plane.
- Kate is working from home. She see's the notification come in on Clique that she needs to upload the icon the team need for the document. She see's that Will is currently working on the document so uploads it quickly for him.
- Will arrives at the hotel, he sees that Teresa uploaded her part. He opens his last draft and pastes in Teresa's piece of the timeline. Now he uploads his document.
- Sandy emails the final document to the ACME Company contact that needs the document before the meeting. Then she closes the task. Clique enables Will and Dave to get notified that the task is closed and see the final version. They can get back to their personal drafts as needed. Clique allows the team to view the history as needed.
- Phew that's finally done!
