- He likes too maintain contact to his customer to better understand the needs and how he can accomodate them. He saw some chats with several customer throughout the day to get feedback on sales item.

- He heads back to his office to do some research for what he will put on sale next week. Bernardo spent his time reflecting on the feedback his employees gave the information his customer shared within that day. He also looks at what his compertitors are putting on sale at this time.
- Monitor - he involves the task of researching locating and choosing useful information. He has to stay abreast to current industry standard and changes occuring in both internal and extornal business environment

- Bernardo combines all of the information into a proposal next week's sale adviertisement and forward the information to upper management for approval. He also tell this informantion with his employees.
- Dessiminator - He take the information he gathered as a monitor and forward it on the appropriate individuals
- We have a sale adviertisment next week.
- Now that he has his approval from upper management, he creates the advertisement for next weeks sale item and he distribute this on his costumer.
- Spokesperson - He communicates informarion about the organizatioon to outside parties
