- An evil monster named Grendel heard loud music and celebration in Herot which made him pound in pain and anger.
- We love you King Hrothgar!!!
- This will be the last time you'll disturb my peace.
- Grendel hated human happiness and celebration so he went down to Herot and attacked the Danes, ripping them apart and throwing them against the walls.
- Hopefully he can't get us from behind this table
- Do not fear, for I shall slay any monster that comes near you and your people
- Beowulf, a brave warrior and leader of the Geats, came to Herot and told King Hrothgar that he is ready to slay the monster terrorizing his people.
- When Grendel came again to Herot, Beowulf was there to save the day, defeating Grendel by ripping off his arm.
- I am the greatest hero ever, you will never beat me.
- Beowulf has defeated me, mother. Ahee..aheee...
- Grendel went home to his mother bloodily hurt, he then lied down until he was dead.
- **crying, sobbing**
- Now, no one will harm your people and land.
- Beowulf then hanged the arm of Grendel in the wall portraying his victory. Everyone was happy.
- Hooray! We made it. Beowulf won.
