No, because you couldn't move without them, so that means that you could never get food or water. Also, your heart wouldn't be there so you'd be dead. And the stomach with the digestive system wouldn't be there. And your blood vessels have muscles in them, so no. You couldn't live. All of your body systems need each other in order for you to be alive today.

I think I get it. You wouldn't be able to live with even one body system gone. Like the respiratory system. If you didn't have that, then your lungs would be gone, and you couldn't breath. Without your circulatory system, you wouldn't have your heart, so you wouldn't be alive. Without your digestive system, you wouldn't have your stomach or basically your mouth. You couldn't eat to survive. So, even without one system gone, you wouldn't be alive today.
