  • I didn't kill anyone, I want to speak to my laywer.
  • You are under arrest for the murder of a 28 year old women. You have a right to remain silent anything you say or do can be used against you in a court of law.
  • Suspect being driven to the Police Station to be questioned and given a formal record of interview about the murder.

  • Before we conduct the interview would you like to call a relative or a solicitor to represent you?

  • So you've called my firm and I John Doe the Solicitor am here to represent you. Do you want representation?
  • Solicitor explains the obligations and rights and contractual arrangements for solicitor to be retained. Client agrees. 
  • Yes I did kill the young woman
  • CELL ROOM
  • Let's start by you telling me what happened? did you kill the girl?
  • Don't answer anything, we will fight against the other charges for the other victims.
  • Record of Interview
  • You are hereby changed with the murder of the victim and a number of more persons.

  • Client commits perjury under oath and lies about the victims.
  • Your honour may I please take a break from the court, speaks to cleint you cannot lie about the other victims

  • Solicitor warns client that threats to the witness will be reported to the court and representation cancelled. 
  • Client pleads not guilty to other murders.

  • Solicitor refuses to further represent the client. Based on the evidence and facts client is guilty of all charges.
