Martin from Data Fusion needs an audit performed on his fiber installation to validate his warranty. He phones Alan to schedule an audit with CommScope.

Alan checks the engineer schedule on his calendar. He then confirms the date with Martin.
Alan sets up Data Fusion as a client on the Audit Portal. He also sets up a project and adds the audit he just arranged with Martin.
Ok, lets have a look at tomorrows audit for Data Fusion.
Alan continues setting up the audit back at the office. He fills in more details then he assigns it to himself.
Martin receives an email from the Audit Portal inviting him to log in and install the Audit Tool app so that he can keep up to speed on the audits progress.
Once logged in, Martin updates the details for Data Fusion and his account. The Portal then guides Martin through installing the Audit Tool app on his iPhone.
Martin can easily keep up to date with the audit progress using the app.
Now I can keep updated on progress at a glance :)

Alan receives a notification that he has an audit tomorrow. He opens the Audit Tool app and familiarises himself with the details.
Hmm the way those connectors are fitted is not up to spec ...
The next morning Alan uses the location link from the app to start the sat nav on his iPhone. Alan drives to the Data Fusion site following the directions.

Alan meets Martin at Data Fusion to start the audit.
A quick glance at the app and Alan knows which areas need auditing.

Alan decides to fail the connectors in this area of the audit.
Alan documents the failure by taking pictures and adding some notes.
The app helps Alan to document the failure quickly by letting him annotate the photo and record a voice memo.
