  • Place Utility: Mary needs a new pair of shoes, so she goes to her local shoe store, such as DSW, to purchase a pair, for the new school year. Once arriving Mary goes to the back to school section section to pick out a pair.
  • Time Utility: Mary is looking for shoes for the new school year, so she went to the back to school shoe section at the store. Mary found various types of shoes needed to start off the school year, along with a summer selection due to the high temperature.
  • Information Utility: An employee at the store asks Mary if she needs help selecting a pair of shoes, and tells her the most popular shoes bought for the new back to school season.
  • These are the most popular shoes for the back to school season!
