- Monica, tip#1 - Microsoft's Cortana is powered by Bing and it can search your hard-drive, calendar for appointments, contacts in order to better interact with you.

- Monica, tip#2 - Look at the emails received from Cortana <cortana@microsoft.com> on a daily basis... it should give you insight about your schedule for the week. Make use of it and Plan ahead...Dont neglect it ..
