- Since I have joined the union I have a problem at work of not recieving pay for overtime
- What are the problems that the worker is facing at our firm
- The worker is not happy with the treatment she is recieving
- It's an open day for workers and the trade union organizer is campaigning for the union. The union organizer main occupation is to co-ordinate union activity and recruit members.
- I wanated to find out how do I and my colleagues form our own union ?

- The trade union organizer serves as liaison between the organizations members and te higher levels of the hierarchy
- As new members I will tell you rules,rights and everything you need to know
- The organizer also becomes part of the bairgaining counsel
- In order for non-union workers to create their own union and have equal protection , trade union organizer also help them.
- A trade union member is enforcing rules and all details of new and existing members .
- Workers are now happy with the outcomes they got from the trade union.
