- I don't think I am going to get jumped by the Socs walking alone back home.
- One day ponyboy was walking home from the movie theater and he thoughtthat the Socs aren'tgoing to jump him.
- I think I am going to die.
- Ponyboy thought wrong because a little later he got jumped by the Socs and they threatened him to cut his hair.

- Dally, Soda come and help me please
- Suddenly Dally and Sodapop show up and save Ponyboy

- What the heck is happening?
- Why did you not call someone from the gang to pick you up from the movies.
- Ponyboy got lucky then when his brothers came to save him otherwise he would probably be killed by the Socs.
- Your lucky your brothers showed up
- What happened to you Ponyboy
- Do you think the gang isn't loyal to you or what?
- I did not call anyone from the gang because i wanted to be alone
- Loyalty is very important for the gang.
