- Scene 1 : Begins with a dramatic car crash and sound effects (stock footage) Scene 2: Cuts to car accident victim entering into back of ambulance, talking with police officer
- Mr. Andrews, looks like you need surgery. Prepare be off you feet for 2-3 months.
- Scene 3: As victim enters ambulance he searches for attorney.

- CALL NOW
- Scene 4: Immediately a Callagy Law logo appears with the button "CALL NOW". After victim clicks "CALL NOW", a bright light jumps out of the phone into the air.
- Scene 5: Begins with a dramatic crashing noise with a cry "please help me I'm stuck" (stock footage + sound effects) Cuts to a construction worker on a hospital bed, speaking with the surgeon about his injury.
- Scene 6: Injured victim leaving hospital on a wheel chair, as be searched for an attorney. Scene 4: Immediately a Callagy Law logo appears with the button "CALL NOW". After victim clicks "CALL NOW", a bright light jumps out of the phone into the air.
- Scene 7: Patient looks up into the sky to see a huge Callagy Law "Bat Symbol", projects into the sky!
