- Fortunato is stuck in the catacombs and conversing with Montresor throught the walls. Fortunato is chuckling because he thinks Montresor is just playing a joke on him and he doesn't realize his death is upon him. Shot-Reverse-Shot, non-digetic, and two shot were used in this scene.
- Montresor calls out to Fortunato, but gets no response. It dawns on Montresor that his victim has fianlly passed. I wash of sickness and regret came over him as he guides his torch towards the catacombs and feels against it. Nothing but silence and dampness fills the atmosphere. Low camera angle, eye level angle, and bottom or side lighting was used.
- Click to Edit Montresor starts to feel different inside, an unpleasnt feeling is sparked. The feeling of guilt and what he has done continues to overpower him with mixed emotions. He finally puts the stone back in place and leaves the catacombs as they haven't been touched for half a century. Close up, non-digetic, and long shot were used!
