- Each Leader goes undercover as a new teammate in search of the neXt big idea.
- Hi I am Paul!
- On an appraisal.....
- It is a disaster.... Paul can't do anything right... takes 3x as long, calculations are wrong, etc
- Teammate is interviewed about how the training of the new teammate is going. It is hilarious because he doesn't know its a "boss."
- "Paul really isn't FCSA/FFC material."
- The boss is concerned about how to find the neXt big idea....
- Now its Sally's turn working in the the server room....
- Hi! I am Sally and am new here.
- Disaster strikes again... cables everywhere, systems go down, HQ loses power!
- Next is James learning a CSS role....
- James can't keep up with the hectic tasks of the CSS.
- How did I wind up getting this guy to train?
- The three leaders meet to share what they discovered...
- I didn't discover any new ideas...
- Me either... what I did discover is that our teammates are smart and great at what they do.
- How do we find the neXt big idea? The world is changing fast. How do we keep up?
- Newspaper headlines spin into the scene.
- "Amazon in healthcare" "Blockbuster closes its doors" "Rabbobank Blockchain"
- And then he gets an idea....
- Its our teammates that have the great ideas! Let's have a competition to share the neXt big idea.
- Format of competition is communicated verbally with key points/dates written out. Also with some background music.
