  • I will limit government involvement and destroy the Federalist system!
  • Federalist John Marshall was head of the Supreme Court and gave the Court power to review laws of the states and Congress. The first time this happened was in the case of Murbury v. Madison and judicial review became present which was when an act of Congress is or isn't against the Constitution.
  • That is unconstitutional!
  • 200 Years Later...
  • Today, the government is organized with the Constitution, laws and three branches which are the Judicial, Executive, and Legislative. As of today, the troubles of our government have decreased a lot since when the Constitution was first made. A lot of Acts were created and wars occurred because of the struggle to establish a government back then. Despite wars happening currently, the government is well-established and is organized to where there are not really any struggles to confirm our system of government.
  • Freedom's pretty cool homie. I'm glad we got the Constitution my guy.
