  • Establishing shots of parents entering school to attend facility community meetings with musical score and voiceover describing FCS commitment to stakeholders.
  • Shots / angles (including audio) of FCS leader(s) presenting plans to stakeholders with musical score.
  • Shots of schools that have been renovated w/ voiceover and musical score.
  • Graphics of charts showing an increase in student performance, with video of students in the classroom and musical score.
  • Interview with subject matter expert about the impact on capital improvements (promised kept), linking the improvements to student achievement. Interview includes b-roll of students in class.
  • Interviews with students at renovated and/or new schools discussing what they like most about their school and how their environment helps them.
  • Subject matter expert interview explains our commitment to continuing to meet the needs of our students with more b-roll of students (who were interviewed).
  • Motion graphics and video with voiceover of the how the district is aligning resources and how the alignment will help students.
  • Motion graphics and video with voiceover of the how the district is fiscally responsible and how students, parents, taxpayers benefit.
  • Interview with parent, including b-roll of parent at her child's school. Parent outlines "what's in it for me." Parents urges that we must continue ... can't stop now.
  • Subject matter expert (FCS Leader) outlines upcoming / existing projects (Buildings, STEM, Debt Service, Personalized Learning, Safety & Security, Transportation). Includes b-roll of projects merged with b-roll of students.
  • Video concludes with a montage of students saying thank you. Students will be captured in a variety of settings that show the impact of the capital plan and upcoming projects.
