- Freud says that I use the defense mechanism of regression because when I feel sick, anxious, or scared I go back to my rocking chair as though I was an infant again and my mom was rocking me.
- How Eysenck Sees Me
- Bandura says that behavior is influenced by our interactions and other peoples traits and social ability. So, since this is a professional environment and my teacher is my authority figure and I like discipline so I'm going to be very respectful in behavior because of my environment.
- How Adler Sees Me
- I am ALLLLLLL alone
- Carl Rodgers says that people are basically good unless impacted my environment that doesn't allow them to grow or learn the proper way. But for me I grew up in a loving accepting home and I have the 3 (client centered perspective). Which is genuineness and i am open to what I feel and others and can understand them. Next is acceptance which my mom is accepting and has told me several times.3 she and I can feel empathy for each other where that's from pain or sickness we feel for each other.

- Eysenck made a scale of extraversion-introversion and I am an extravert meaning I am someone who likes to take charge and talk to others and make new friends.
- Class attention
- Adler says that birth order has something to do with the traits we develop and what we do. Since I am an only child so I didn't have to fight over anything and I often got spoiled and when I was younger since I didn't have siblings to grow up with I didn't have friends. But without siblings I have grown up with the need to impress my parents.
- Costa and McCrae created a test of 5 trait descriptions that allow us to take a test and see our personality traits. For example I scored high for agreeableness because I am helpful, trusting and empathetic. but for Conscientiousness I score low because I am extremely unorganized and sometimes impulsive.
