- Slide: 1
- Start with two congruent bases.Draw one base to one side and slightly above the other.
- Slide: 2
- Connect one vertex of the first base to the same vertex on the second base. This makes an edge.
- Slide: 3
- Draw a line segment that connects two corresponding vertices for each vertex of the first base.
- Slide: 4
- Be sure to draw lightly at first in case you need to erase.
- Slide: 5
- Each new edge that you draw needs to be parallel to all the other edges.
- Slide: 6
- The right pentagonal prism has two pentagon bases and give rectangle faces.
