Storyboard Text

  • It all began that day. Grandfather bought Toto from a tonga- driver for the sum of five rupees.
  • Grandma wouldn't approve of Toto, So, Grandfather and young Ruskin hid him in the closet. When they returned, they saw that Toto had obliterated the closet and torn the walls' ornamental paper. Ruskin was shocked; but Grandfather wasn't. Pleased, rather.
  • Toto was shifted to Grandfather's private zoo. Knowing that he would not let the other animals sleep, Grandfather took him along to Saharanpur. In the train station, he locked him up in a canvas-bag. Eventually being caught by the ticket-collector, Toto was deemed a dog and Grandfather was charged three rupees.
  • One doomed day, Grandfather noticed Nana, the horse avoiding the hay. Confused, he slapped Nana on his haunches, causing Toto to crash on the wall and Nana's ears being bit by Toto's sharp teeth.
  • At last, the D-Day came. Toto was spotted by Grandmother stuffing himself with rice. When she screamed, Toto threw a plate at her and a glass of water at an aunt. Escaping from the window, This was the last straw.
