A bear came near Brian in the night because of the meat he cooked that day, Brian was very scared because he remembered what happened the last time a bear came to the place he was staying.
Chapter 8
The bear attacked and dislocate Brian´s hip, but then the bear stopped brothering Brian because he smelled a new smell, and it was Betty that was hunting and just came back, and then the bear rolled backward out of the shelter area.

Brian was practicing with his arrow, He worked tie-notches into the roundend and mounted the point in one of hishardwood spears, carefully splitting thewood back and then tying the head inplace with a thin strip of deer hide—which proved to be much tougher than therabbit skin—and burning the hair off whenhe was done. And that the lance would save his life because is going to make the bear to stay away from the inside of the shelter.
Chapter 8
He woke up after one they of everything that happed to Brian, and it was a cold and low gray and raining day, after minutes past and that soon the inside of the shelter was cherry warm.
Brian put a piece of meat outside the door for Betty, but she already went to another place. In the past few days it became colder and colder.
One day like the others Brian went outside and he saw that it was very cold but something different everything was with snow all white, so he putted a different clothe but for the cold, a rabbit skin shirt and fur boots.
