Storyboard Text

  • Bob the broker wants his clients to get a great level of service. His client Tia seeking pre-approval and has selected the Suncorp Home Loan product so Bob is happy to mention insurance as a value add for the client. Bob is not an Insurance Broker so he gives Tia a simple information sheet about Suncorp’s complementary Building insurance offer. Tia likes the idea, so Bob asks Tia her preferred time and method for Suncorp to contact her once she has selected a house to purchase.

  • Bob has sent on Tia's insurance referral and soon after receives an update from Suncorp –Just letting him know Tia has been contacted to explain more about the 90 day offer and given some great resources to support her when searching for her new home.

  • Bob receives a call from Tia. She has signed a contract on a house! Bob organises Tia to come in and finalise the loan documentation. In QLD – Bob reminds Tia to contact Suncorp to get that 90 day insurance active ( as she only has 24hrs) When Tia comes in to sign, Bob checks with her that Suncorp has been in contact to confirm insurance is now active.
