Storyboard Description
Dr. Evans is interrupted by a new mysterious patient. She is panicked and unsure what to do. He tries his best to help her.
Storyboard Text
- Present Day: Dr. Evans wakes from a nightmare about the man in glasses, . He decides to investigate disappearance of his missing patient Olivia.
- He gets to his computer & quickly finds her file. He presses play. His narration begins & fades into a flashback of the original session.

- Anna
- Elena says her good-bye for the night as Dr. Evans talks on the phone with Anna.
- A loud panicked knock is heard as he is preparing to leave.
- Knock Knock
- Olivia is lost & desperate for help, but Dr. Evans has already closed & packed his belongings for the night.
- Dr. Evans is hesitant to get involved & tells Olivia to make a proper appointment.
- She confesses that several days of her life are missing. She woke up with a mark on her neck & has no where else to turn.
- Seeing the desperation in her eyes, he reluctantly agrees to see her though it will make him late for his date w/ Anna.
- He performs an initial examination of her condition, checking her pupils.
- Dr. Evans inspects the marking on her neck. **Possible Direct into camera.
- She begins to explain her missing memories & the mark on her neck. She has no idea where it came from, but knows deep down something is not right. .
- Dr. Evans can tell that her issues will take more time & asks that she return when he has more time. She becomes desperate & says she is afraid to go home.
- He agrees to help, though he doesn't usually see patients without a prescreening. He pops open his brief case to prep his tools.
- Dr. Evans preps his metronome used in his unique form of hypnosis.
- He begins the session & hypnotizes Olivia as she slowly counts down from 7.
- She begins to drift as he puts her in a deep state of focus to retrieve her lost memories.
- A dream-like manifestation of the session begins in her mind mimicking the visuals from Dr. Evans. **Quick cuts baptism distorted images sounds effects bubbling water chaos confusion
- She begins to stuggle through the session as she experiences a traumatic event. **eyes closed
- Dr. Evans presses forward with the hypnosis despite her resistance. He pressures her for answers.
- Olivia resists the questions as she starts to utter strange words. **Codex Gigas.
- Dr. Evans presses her for information on "Codex Gigas". He pushes her further into the hypnosis determined to get answers.
- The session takes a turn for the worse when Oliva begins to cough up water. A new strange marking suddenly appears on her arm though he doesn't notice it at first. **Codex Gigas
- Dr. Evans gets closer to check on Olivia when she stops responding. Her eyes suddenly open & are a different color. He stumbles back startled by her new persona.
- She starts to approach Dr. Evans seductively, she's obviously not herself.
- Dr. Evans snaps his fingers, pulling Olivia out of her hypnosis. She has no idea was has happened.
- She looks around confused as he notices the mark on her arm. It appeared during the chaos of the session & is similar to the mark on her neck.
- She mentions that she felt like she was drowning & that she was being held under during her baptism by a man in glasses.
- He begins to question her background as she confesses that she was never really close to her family & doesn't know much.
- Dr. Evans confesses that he is stumped & that he will need to do some research before he can move forward with her treatment.
- Olivia is afraid & unsure what to do until then. She has no where to go & is new in town. She asks if she can stay with Dr. Evans.
- Dr. Evans tells her that isn't such a good idea & that he is already running late. He offers to put her up in a hotel for the night & see her 1st thing tomorrow. She reluctantly agrees.
- Before she leaves he takes a picture of her neck mark & the new mark on her arm. They exit together as Dr. Evans offers Olivia a ride to the hotel.
- The following morning, Dr. Evans asks his secretary Elena to send in his 1st patient Olivia, but Elena explains that Olivia's appointment was just cancelled.
- She explains a man called & cancelled for her & said she wouldn't be back. See the confused look, Elena asks if he is okay. Dr. Evans asks to be notified if she calls again.
- Before exiting, Elena tells Dr. Evans that she cleaned his office & found a scarf. It must belong to Olivia Dr. Evans concludes.
- Present: Dr. Evans is still unsure what happened to Olivia, he intends to press on. He can sense something is not right & fully intends on getting to the bottom of the mystery & the man in the glasses. He prints out the two pictures of the markings, he spills some water & notices that the markings make a complete map... but to what?

- Dr. Evans explains that's not such a good idea & that he is late for a date. He offers to put her in a hotel for a night. She reluctantly agrees.
