- The set is dark to show that is currently night time. The characters are wearing winter clothes. A chess board is on the table from Mr.White and Herbert playing chess in the last scene. Morris looks older than everyone else and holds the Monkey's paw while sitting at the table telling the story.
- What is so special about this paw Morris?
- An Old Fakir put a spell on the paw to teach a lesson about messing with fate.
- The scene changes to a the fireplace burning with two chairs next to the fireplace to show the other half of the living room. Morris throws the Monkey's paw into the fire and Mr.White will grab the paw. Morris will warn Mr.White before letting him keep the paw disapointed.
- I Won't let you do that
- This Paw is Dangerous let it burn Mr.White
- Don't say I didn't Warn you
- The scene goes back to the other half of the living room with the window outside being pitch black with snowflakes on it to show that it's snowing and the time is currently the night. Ms.White and Herbert are sitting at the tables now and Mr.White is standing near Herbert holding the Monkey's paw as Ms.White asks Mr.White what he wants to wish for. Mr.White will then give a confused look not sure what to wish for as Herbert gives a humorus but also determine look trying to give Mr.White ideas on what he should wish for. -Scene ends.
- Wish to be an emperor.
- I'm not sure what to wish for actually.
