- I hate that they changed the managing system at the office. Things were so much easier before.
- Well, I think it's a good thing. This system allows workers to have more of a say in how things run.

- Ok, I get what your trying to say but allowing everyone to have a say will lead to disaster.
- More people contributinng will help form a better understanding of what needs to be done. That will lead to the best work environment.

- Everyone will have a different opinion and will only want themself to be the one in charge. Which will lead to no one actually leading!
- I doubt that would happen. I think we will think rationally and not make things harder for who ever will be in charge and ourselves.

- For example, take a look at politics. We can all have a say because of political equality and while we as citizens could try to overthrow the gorvernment/priminister but we don't. Instead we advocate for what we think is right. Overall, it's for the greater good. Another example that comes to my mind is voting for a class president. I'm sure you've experienced this before as well. When voting for a class president we don't all choose ourselves. Instead, we pick someone who will represent all of us, Someone who we can voice our concerns to.

- Isn't this like having one ruler with unlimited power?
- No because we are the ones to give power in that situation. We vote, we say what we want to see from them and if the majority agrees we can take them out of that status. Obviously the teachers and principal have a higher status and that means they don't have unlimited power. Finally, there is an article by Scientific American on experiments about being naturally good that was done by Yale and Harvard students. There were 7 experiments and 2068 participants.

- The end result was that we work together and are not naturally bad and selfish creatures. This proves we are rational and will choose the best outcome.
- I see what you mean, because humans are inherently good we can be trusted to all be apart of the system and this will lead to the best outcome because all voices will be heard.
