wide shot of the man walking down Belfast's main street walking the opposite direction as everyone else (00:35-00:45)
The man walks towards Belfast city hall from an outside POV over his shoulder where he spots the heroine and starts walking after her (00:45-01:00)
Close up of him looking around for her but sees her turning round a corner with her face obscured by a stop sign (01:00-01:15)
mid shot of man pacing and then sitting down on the bench dejectedly and starting to cry out of frustration (01:15-01:35)
close up on his phone as it starts buzzing in his pocket, he takes it out excitedly and sees these three texts, a tear drop drops onto the phone (01:35-01:50)

The next scene fades up from the black ground to reveal dark pavement as the protagonist walks among the crowd, these will be tracking shots with a dolly at a wide shot. As the Protagonist is walking posters and signs will be replaced with the words "don't wind up with me" to signify her being on his mind (2:15-2:35)
Time lapsed high extreme wide shot in conjunction with the musical break in the song to illustrate that time is passing (2:35-2:45)
The Previous scene fades to black and opens up to a mid shot of him waking up to a phone call (as the lyrics say (listen just for a while) and he looks shocked, as the phone call progresses a smile comes to his face (2:45-3:00)
INCOMING CALL
The camera follows the man as he sprints through the streets (low down with steadycam) looking happy, the speed increases when the music builds at 3:15 (3:00-3:30)
He enters a bar and looks around for her, a waitress carrying a tray of drinks moves forward and reveals her standing there smiling at him. the camera finally focuses in on her as the lyrics say "with me..." (3:30-3:45)
Video ends with a far out shot of the couple, reunited walking away from the camera with their backs turned, camera pans to the sky and screen fades to white saying "The End" (3:45-4:09
