- There is no need to overreact; it's only a few sweets.
- I want a refund! It's out of date. it ,might not be safe to eat, you might have poised me!
- I can't give you a refund, as you have already eaten most of the seeds.
- I can't believe this is how you treat your customers, I want my money back now!
