- Hi my name is Fred Luddy and I'm the founder of ServiceNow, the worlds leading enterprise platform company, and we're changing the way people work together through something called ServiceNow Connect.
- One thing we've learned is that although everyone has to work together in business, we all work differently, and that's where ServiceNow Connect comes into play. Take people like Troy here. Troy's a very visual person and when he works with others, he works visually.
- Hi there, my name is Troy Azmoon and I'm head of Design at ServiceNow. I use ServiceNow Visual Task Boards to get my work done. For me, it's the easiest and most natural way to connect and collaborate with everyone in our workplace. (Zoom in on VTB board and moving a card)
- Fred Voiceover: "We've also got people like Jerry, our mobile development expert, who prefers to work on the go, anywhere, anytime" (show him updating the same record troy updated through VTB earlier, but via a mobile UI, maybe scanning a barcode, taking a photo adding to record, etc.)
- I prefer to work conversationally, just like when I'm using social media. (Fred interacts with connect chat and adds a comment to the same record)
- And then there are some of us who prefer working inside forms and lists, instead... (cut to Scott in front of several monitors in a dark corner cubicle working on updating the same record worked on by everyone else)
- And of course, we can all work together simultaneously (demonstrate PRESENCE)
- But what's important to remember is that no matter how you like to work, through ServiceNow Connect, you can work together, in any way you want, and all in realtime . (zoom out show Jerry and troy flanking fred)
