- Wages of workers were fixed by the factory owners..... The factory workers were unable earns enough for their livelihood

- During 1715 to 1789, France population rose from 23M to 28M. This led to a rapid Increase in demand of food grains. Production of grains could not keep a pace with the demand. So the price of bread which was the staple diet of the majority. Most workers were employed as laborer's in workshops whose owner fixed their wages. But wages did not keep pace with the rise in prices .Things became worse whenever drought or hail reduced the harvest. This led to a subsistence crisis.

- People of 3rd estate were dyeing as labourers were unable to earn their livelihood. They were unable to buy food for themselves, because of this people had weak body due to which people were dyeing of 3rd estate.
- Before 1791, there was only one vote for each estate. But the 3rd estate was having double people than that of 1st & 2nd estate. 1st and 2nd estate were having privileges given by the government. So, they only give vote to Luis XVI, but the people of 3rd estate were not happy with Luis XVI. So, they wanted 2 votes for 3rd estate only, so that they can also have ability to remove the government.
