- Now we will talk about Delivery of Rental Items if Customer requested order to be delivered.

- Delivery Area in Warehouse
- Order is placed in delivery area.
- Busylad warehouse personnel properly and carefully loads order onto truck for delivery.
- Order is delivered to customer - and unloaded properly - Items are placed neatly for customer
- Note to Videographer - Arriving at customer's house unloading properly as a general overview according to the customer’s instructions.
- After the event - Order is picked up and order is loaded properly into truck.
- Busylad warehouse personnel properly and carefully unloads order into receiving area of Warehouse.

- Order is received in and Busylad Employee determines where to be staged in counted or not counted area of warehouse.

- Kitchen/Laundry Personnel are notified if flatware, glasses, serving pieces, linens, etc. are being returned.

- Warehouse items that need to be cleaned are placed in a specific area.
- Note to Videographer - May need to film employee Cleaning a chair - Cleaning a tent top - Garden chair and a black chair - stacking the farm chair and taking the cushions off and placed in a specific area. This could be an overview that is showed while Craig is closing out the video.
