Most Kings had their own big private houses and had many workers working for them. They often ate fruits and vegetables. Nobles often commanded their soldiers and took orders from the King.

The Priests often instructed the sons of nobles, performing ceremonies, keeping the calendars, and divining for kings, nobles and commoners.
Lower Class: Commoners

The officials often lived in grand houses. They were in charge of the day-to-day running of the city.
Lower Class: Slaves
Merchants and Artisans were running a business to support themselves. They could also have been nobles or peasants but the ones that weren't nobles could not act or dress like nobles.
Commoners often worked very hard lives. They were mostly farmers and worked all day and slept at night.
The Mayans had many slaves. They weren't really mistreated that much but they had no rights. They often did manual labor or took care of children. Some of the slaves that were orphan children were sometimes sacrificed. When the owner died, the slaves also had to die so they could continue their work in the afterlife.
