- Wow, we are in the same social class, that's surprising! In the Egyptian society we peasants have to work really hard, farming most of the time.
- Hello! *Sad My name is Fred., I am from Egypt. I am a peasant. What social class are you from?
- Oh wow our lives seem to be more similar than we think!
- Hi! Nice to meet you! My name is Eric! I am from the Mayan Empire . I am a farmer.
- Oh my life must be hard for you too. Life in the Mayan society isn't any better. We also have to work very hard. Plus we farmers live outside the city, even worse!

- An Experiment from the Egyptian Society!
- We farmers assist our Pharaoh in his massive projects. We also have fun too, we men play a game where we have to knock one another off our papyrus rafts.
- For us we eat a daily meal consisting of onions, cucumbers, fish and homemade bread. Peas and lentils as well.
- Do you farmers get time to do other activities other than just work?
- Oh! *Surprised
- What is the food like for you?
- So what do you do the rest of the time you aren't farming?
- We farmers most of the time who aren't women, start working in the field at dawn. We takea bath whenever possible. After that we have to make tools and be with our children.
- For us we are able to eat pretty well. We eat corn porridge, and tortillas filled with cooked vegetables.
- Yes, I know. It isn't as bad as it seems.
