  • Fear is healthy if it teaches you to be safer from danger. Fear is unhealth if it makes you feel more cautious than you really need to be. Fear is also unhealthy if it prevents you from doing things you otherwise really enjoy. Phobias may make you feel anxious and have lots of depressions. People with phobias avoid going near to their fears. When you completely avoid your fears your brain learns you can't handle them. Some symptoms of phobias are dizziness, headache, and faint.
