- Hi class!We at CMS understand that life can be tough, especially for those facing high-trauma experiences. If you or someone you know is struggling, remember, there's help and hope. We now have more support staff to assist our students, we all care about your well-being. Our counselors and teachers are here to listen, understand, and provide a safe space for you to share your feelings. We will also have several mental health assembly and fun activities, this way all students can learn about proper mental health and when it is time to get help.
- Let me start, I am happy you are here. I can help in anyway you are comfortable, one on one sessions, of you can join our support groups provide a sense of community. Whatever it is we will find it together so we can overcome challenges and grow stronger.
