Bianca prepares her pitch and delivers to The OFFER Potential Product Owners and Program Manager. Bianca is accepted into the programme.
The OFFER Potential Leadership Team launch the programme and Bianca attends a kick off session with new members.
Bianca completes an 'Expression of Interest' and a 'Confidence-Success Survey' and returns them to The OFFER Potential Leadership team. To assess Bianca's growth, the Survey is completed again at 6 and 12 months. She is invited to a welcome social activity.
Bianca attends her first session. Members attend an education and task setting session at the start of each month, provide weekly updates, progress report and learning reflection in week three. In between sessions members keep in touch through Yammer.
Bianca attends a monthly session for 12 months.
