- This is Camelot, a beautiful place near the little Shalott where happy couples laugh and dashing knights boast and brag, and brothers and sisters play and have fun
- This is the island of Shalott, where the Lady of Shalott is imprisoned in a tower and weaves every day, a curse upon her, forcing her to pry her curious eyes away from bright Camelot
- The only way people would ever know the Lady of Shalott even existed was when they heard her sing the most wonderful songs - but hardly anyone did hear her sing, except for the reapers at night, and when she wasn't doing that, she was lying on her bed, or else weaving an endless tapestry
- La la la la la la la la la la la la laaaaah la la laa la la
- The Lady of Shalott is cursed- but she doesn't know that, all she knows is that she can't look out the window to Camelot. All she does is weave a web
- She sees damsels in red dancing around with flower baskets, happy married couples and the bold Sir Lancelot and decides she's not having it anymore.
- She looks out of the window, rips the tapestry, breaking the curse and the mirror, and decides to run away from the tower, staring at Camelot
