Storyboard Text
- Story begins with two best friends Bryon and Mark who are like brothers. They go to Charlie's bar owing him three bucks when they arrive there Charlie tells themthat M&M has been looking for them. They then find M&M in a drugstore to find out that his sister Cathy is back in town.
- Bryon and Mark go to visit his mom at the hospital. When Bryon goes to the cafeteria he finally meets M&M's older sister, Cathy, again for the first time since she's back from private school. He realizes he likes her and asks her if she'd want to talk sometime and she said yes.
- Bryon and Mark head down to Charlie's bar to play some pool. The play pool against some sketchy guys; Charlie tells them however they clearly weren't. After Bryon and Mark leave the bar that night the two Texas guys are waiting out there with guns, Charlie tries to protect them and ends up getting shot and dying. That's when Bryon feels lots of guilt and feels like he can only talk to Cathy and realizes that Mark is jealous.
- M&M goes missing after feeling mistreated and Cathy and Bryon spend lots of time looking for him. After awhile Mark and them find the spot where M&M is. He's high on drugs and gets brought to the hospital. His family becomes really worried when the doctors tell them that he might've lost his mind forever because LSD is a powerful drug.
- Bryon goes home only to find a bag of lots of pills under Marks bed when he is looking for spare change. He immediately calls the cops without thinking and confronts Mark about it when he comes home. Mark continuously asks why he's turning him in and Bryon really doesn't know why he's just so caught up in the moment of anger and guilt and doesn't know what he's doing and the cops take Mark away.
- Mark in jail. Bryon doesn't know how to forgive himself knowing what this will do to Mark. Bryon and Cathy have broken up and Bryon goes to visit Mark. Mark doesn't forgive Bryon for turning him in and Bryon tries to tell Mark "but we were best friends" but then Mark hits him with his own quote "That Was Then, This Is Now". Bryon then wishes he was a kid again who thought he had all the answers.
- Bryon goes home only to find a bag of lots of pills under Marks bed when he is looking for spare change.
