- The French and Indian war was in 1750 French had been enemies for hundreds of years. French and the native Americans battled England. England was losing but then they won.
- war begans
- The Boston massacre was in 1770. Colonist were trowing snow balls and insulting solders. The solders were told not to shoot but they did. 5 colonist were shot and one of them was them was Crispus Attucks.
- Declaring the Independence
- The Boston Tea Party was in 1773. Sons of liberty disguised as Mohawk Indians. They went on the boat and threw off all the tea. They all yelled out no taxation with out representation.
- Winning the war
- Patriots stored guns,gun powder,and cannons incase war happened. But England found out and sent solders to get the weapons. The patriots would not let them take them so they thought. No one know who shot the first shot. It was in 1775.
- The colonist wanted to have freedom. They didn't want to be ruled by king Gorge the lll. They made a paper called a treason. People signed to show they wanted freedom for there country even doe they could die. It was in 1776.
- The united states won the war agaist England. America had freedom. They got live there normal lives. It was in 1783. They all sellabrated with food and cannons.
