We interviewed this family on challenges they face and here is what we found out.
Wyckliffe's College room, CA, USA.
1. I can only grow crops one or two seasons per year because I rely on rain. 2. During dry periods my land is barren and useless. I do not have money to buy irrigation equipment or fuel to run a pump. I wish I could produce enough to feed my family and surplus to sell to make.
1. Our farm does not produce enough food and sometimes we suffer from food shortage. 2. We do not have a reliable source of revenue to save for Arnold's University and Getrude's High school fees. I wish I could find a way to make more money to save for our children's education.
1. I can't find something meaningful to do after high school and I don't want to waste a year sitting around. 2. I don't want to depend on my parents for everything. I wish I could find a way to keep busy and generate income for myself.
