- Lynn is very protective and loving. Lynn protected Katie from a dog. Lynn also says that she loves Katie. Lynn is a sister but has the same amount of love as a mother. Katie is loving and protective

- Katie is a happy person. Katie is very happy, she loves her sister and parents. She thinks everyone will love her. She thinks she is perfect. Everyone is questioning her and she is always happy so it is strange for her.
- The mother is very weak. In the story she fell down one stair. When she fell down the stair she broke her leg. The mother is a weak person
- The father is a tired character. He has to work 90 hours a week which means he has 30 hours of rest on weekdays. He works all week just to help his kids. The father is a hardworking and tired character
