  • Physically Healthy - This means to be healthy in our bodies and exercise regularly and eat healthy foods. Mental Health - This is emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Emotionally Healthy - This is to have good mental health and it is about how we think and feel. If we have good mental health, we should feel happy.Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. It can be stopped though by these simple actions: Exercise, Relax Your Muscles, Deep Breathing, Eat Well, Slow Down, Take a Break, Make Time for Hobbies.
  • Body image issues is when people feel negative about their body image and compare their size, shape, or appearance with unrealistic ideals such as Barbie or models who have been edited by photo shop. This can be helped if you surround yourself with caring positive people and focus on, he good points of your body not the bad.Negative physical impacts of stress are no energy, sore heads, anxiety and angry outbursts.To get help from the emergency services when you are in danger you need to phone 999 to get in contact immediately to the emergency services. But only call 999 in a real emergency. If you don't you could be arrested for making a hoax call. A hoax call is when people phone the emergency services for the sheer fun of it. This means that people who need a real emergency will have to what for someone to make a fake call and sometimes lives are lost.
