  • She receives a board showing her the scheduled activities 2 hours before bedtime already synced to her calendar. 1hour 30mins to bedtime, cindy gets a notification to take a 30min walk. Instead of her usual lost in thought moment, she gets up fora walk. Another reminder to read a book for 30min after which she was reminded of 30min meditation session and track played by the app.

  • She could see her task change colour as they were completed and at the very end of her scheduled task, she was congratulated with encouraging quotes. Cindy went to bed in disbelief as she had brushed on little parts of her health goals, personal development, spiritual goals. She was motivated to do even more.

  • Encouraging quote from the previous day welcomed her into the new day and she was ready for her 30min scheduling, touching all 4life dimensions from tasks to subtask, projects to goals.

  • By noon, Cindy had achieved all her scheduled tasks and was able to meet up with friends for lunch. She realized that her friends were in need of a balance and structure in life. She introduced the app to them and they were all connected on the app, sharing their progress, rewards and being accountable to one another.
  • It’s been 3 months and Cindy has never felt this synergized! Along with keeping her personal and office projects in check, her relationship with Andy, her friends and family has improved. With her busy schedule, she has time to meditate and take up personal development courses to meet her goal. She has lost a few pounds and she looks fantastic thanks to the workout reminders and the scheduled bedtime including the added health options in between her meals as suggested by the app. 
  • Cindy realizes nothing she did was a drastic change.She just consistently filled short tasks under each life dimension and followed the reminders and notification. That was it! The app was able to get her to identify her missing pieces group them, organize them and connect them all together! SYNERGY
