Let me tell you about a story of the Good samaritan.
I wonder who that fellow lying there is i don't know what has happened but i am already very late, i do not have time to stop and help him. Im sure someone else will help him.
I cant tell if this guy is dead or alive, i doubt if he is alive he will make it anyways. I don't think there is anything i can do
The story presents a lawyer asking Jesus how he might obtain eternal life. "What is written in the law?" Jesus then inquires. "Love the Lord, your God, with all your mind and all your soul," the man responds. Then Jesus tells the Parable of the Good Samaritan.
Oh my goodness you poor thing. I can see you are in a lot of pain.
Here this is oil and wine it should help the wounds.
There was a Jewish man going down a road in Jerusalem when he was attacked by robbers and had all his belongings taken. Where he was stripped of his clothes and lying on the ground, as he was struggling to stay alive.
After the priest left the Jerusalem man on the ground, then came a Levite. With hopes that this Levite would help this hopeless man, the Levite walked straight past the Jerusalem man.
So, if you want to go to heaven and live there entirely love the lord with your whole being and love your neighbours too.
Thanks for the lesson, i love my neighbour!
Then a Samaritan walked up to the man, shocked that no one has helped the guy. He begins to help the Jerusalem man and offers him help.
No no, too expensive.
The next day, The samaritan put the man on his donkey and brought him to an inn to take care of him. He paid the innkeeper two denarii and said he would pay the rest when he got back.
The moral of this story, in my opinion, is to never judge a book by its cover. In the story, for example, no one believed the Samaritan, who was not religious but nevertheless felt sorrow for the man and helped him.
