- This is Marie. She works in the ABC team. This morning, she wants to order a few new L'Oreal products so that her colleagues in the e-commerce team can add to the website. She makes a cup of coffee and sets to work
- She sends emails to several suppliers asking for their data in Excel. She writes the emails but forgets to send them because she was called into a meeting.
- After 4 hours, she realizes the emails weren't sent! She sends the emails and hopes the suppliers will react quickly.She waitsAnd waits
- The next day, at around 10 AM, she finally gets the data. But now she has to check if the products actually have all the required e-commerce attributes. She finishes some other tasks and goes to lunch.When she comes back, she start comparing the data she got in Excel with what she already had.
- But Excel crashed!She has an urgent appointment this afternoon so she can't deal with this. In the morning she will get some help from IT.
- Two days have now passed and the new products are not on the website
