- The Wrath of Grendel
- "His misery leaped the seas, was told and sung in all men's ears: how Grendel's hatred began, how the monster relished his savage war on the Danes, keeping the bloody feud alive,"
- You never had to start playing so rough. We were just trying to have fun.
- I am so done with everyone treating me like a little girl. I'm going to beat up everyone!!
- Why are you hurting us? We never did anything to hurt you.
- The Coming of Beowulf
- Oh yes of course, this is all part of the job. I have had to kick out so many kids just like her.
- So you'll be able to help us out and get her out of the game for good?
- " Our errand is a great one, our business with the glorious king of the Danes no secret; there's nothing dark or hidden in our coming. You know that your country is cursed with some strange, vicious creature that hunts only at night and that no one has seen."

- Now listen here Hailey, you can't just go around and play rough whenever you feel like it. Because of your aggressive behavior I have no choice but to kick you out for the rest of the game.
- But But you can't do this to me Ref. I was just playing rough because of how I was being treated during school today.
- "Beowulf, a prince of the Geats, had killed Grendel, ended the grief, the sorrow, the suffering forced on Hrothgar's helpless people by a bloodthirsty fiend."

- In this scene, everyone was playing soccer and having a good old time until Hailey had had enough of being treated like a castaway and started to play rough. Is there anyone that can come to the rescue and calm her down before things get too far out of hand.
- After the kids had spent a couple of minutes looking for a referee to help them they asked if there was anything that he could possibly do. The referee told the kids that he would be able to kick her out of the game and that they wouldn't have to worry about her again.
- Once the referee and the two boys came walking back to the field, the referee had told the girl that what she was doing was nowhere near right and that she is kicked out of the rest of the game due to her behavior. Now all thanks to the referee, the boys were able to finish up the rest of their soccer game in peace.
