  • The Colonist of Boston had a clash with British soldiers and the battle went on and the colonist were throwing snow balls at them. The red coats started opening fire and they one claiming self- Defense against the Colonist.

  • The Boston tea party was when the colonist threw and dumped tea into the congress bridge because they were taxed on tea.
  • TownShed Act
  • The Stamp act was a tax on putting stamps on paper. This mostly affected only the rich because they could afford it. This made the colonist realize "No taxation without representation".
  • The Peaceful colonists
  • This document was signed by Benjamin Franklin, Lyman hall. This declared independence from Britain For the colonist.
  • Britain forced colonist to let the red coats live in there homes. Then they made a townshed act which means they dont have to let them live in their homes anymore.
