- bill is a document that goes to committee is the second step
- 3.bill is voted on in the house
- for voting the sponsor places the bill in a special box
- before a bill become a law it is an explanation of the idea for a law
- 4.bill goes to the senate
- After the representatives voted on it will goes to the senates
- An sponsor talks to other about the bill to other representatives and when it got more support the sponsor introduces the bill into house the house of representatives for consideration

- for voting the sponsor places the bill in a special box to the side of clerk's desk called hopper the clerk assign a number to the bill and it will introduce to the house all begins with letters H.R.

- once the representatives voted on if a majority of representatives vote for the bill it will sent to senate
- the senates will repeat the whole process
- If the majority of the senates voted to the bill then it will be send to president for signature. if the president signs the bill,it becomes a law.
