  • The famous Samurai Minerals was walking down his home street when he saw someone laying on the ground. He got down and asked the man why he was there, and he said he had been feeling weak for a while, and his heartbeat was very off. Now, he had a hard time breathing! Samurai Minerals knew this was caused by his wicked enemy, Potassium Deficiency. Potassium is important for helping nerve function and keeping the heartbeat regular. When someone is in a deficiency, they can have symptoms like muscle cramps, abnormal heartbeat, and breathing difficulties.
  • EAT ENOUGH FOODS WITH POTASSIUM- There are many different foods you can eat for potassium. 5 examples are beans, potatoes, winter squash, spinach, and avocados.

  • Mrs. Waters, a very knowledgeable celebrity, was informed by one of her fans that the fan's sister had gotten sick and they didn't know what to do. Mrs. Waters asked for their symptoms, and they replied that their sister had been fatigued and dizzy, but on this day she had muscle cramps and nausea. Mrs. Waters was all too familiar with this, she had seen it again and again. This fan's sister was attacked by the terrible Dehydration! Water is very important as life would not exist without it. Humans need water to dissolve nutrients in the blood, regulate body temperature, and more. Dehydration can easily strike and kill if someone goes as little as 3 days without water.
  • DRINK 2-3 LITERS OF WATER DAILY-Drinking 2-3 liters of water is enough for some people, but people who live in hotter environments or are more active should drink more.
  • EAT FOODS WITH HIGH WATER CONTENT-Fruits and soups are great for water intake. Some examples are watermelon, cucumbers, zucchinis, cantaloupe, or chicken noodle soup.
